Senior Business Developent Executive

As Senior Business Development Executive you would be required to use your experience and charismatic personality to bring in new business. You will be responsible for new client acquisitions and business development for the company with an objective to bring new business & clients across various geographies effectively develop and execute business development strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships and negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Engaging prospects via Cold Calling, Email Marketing & Social Media, generating opportunities.
  • Pursue new sales leads and prospective clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and closes new business deals by coordinating requirements.
  • Regular interaction with CodeEpsilon Senior Management team to ensure addressing of needs and issues.
  • Create and maintain prospects and log all the communication and updates.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
  • Maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans.
  • Ready to work in Night shift if needed.


  • Applicant must be either an MCA, M.Tech, B,Tech/BE, BCA, B.Sc, MBA
  • Experienced in business development & marketing activities.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals.
  • Possess strong presentation, negotiation, problem solving skills & adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficient in computers, web search, search engines, LinkedIn, MS Office, etc.
  • Possess good knowledge on industry and sector classification.
  • Possess high level of commitment & the ability to work autonomously.
  • Possess good data analytical skills, problem solving skills & adaptability
